	Structured Wiring The KPS PowerHome's Structured Wiring System is designed to provide your home and family with the high definition, high capacity wiring infrastructure demanded by today's video, Internet and computer networking environments. Instead of using traditional copper wires for phone and standard coaxial wiring for video, the Structured Wiring System utilizes high speed Category 5e cabling for voice, computer and Internet access, and the high capacity quad-shield coaxial cable to accommodate the new high definition digital video signal.
		KPS Base System Our Structured Wiring System has Three Main Components: The Service Center- This is where services from outside the house (cable TV, telephone, Digital satellite, Internet, etc.) enter the home. This central hub distributes these services to locations throughout the house- similar to the electrical breaker panel. High-Performance Cables- Just because all the services can reach your house doesn’t mean that you can access them. Certain services like digital satellite, high-speed internet, digital phone, and digital TV require high-performance cables. Outlets- The outlets in each room determine which services are available in that room. Without the proper outlets, the high-performance wiring behind the walls is of little values.

	KPS Home Network System Continuous ultra-high speed Internet service is a reality today. Your KPS Home Network System can make that service available at the same time in multiple locations. Additionally, the network allows you to share files, modems and printers inside your home. Includes: A four port 10/100Base-T Ethernet router/switch, High-performance, high-speed cabling (Cat 5e) and Four computer outlet locations.
